Hello Lovies! 
My name is Marie-Claire! Welcome to Gluten & Glitter, a blog that chronicles my adventures through my nouveau gluten free lifestyle. Truth be told, I love gluten and have shed a little tear each day since I found out that I have a severe gluten intolerance. I also love glitter and champagne (which thank goodness are both gluten free), so life is still wonderful! And I hope to share a some of my experiences on this gluten free joy ride!
